No Return & No Refund Policy

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Customers must contact our support team immediately for cancellation requests.

  • Ektara Kids reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or logistical issues.

    • Ektara Kids does not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

    • All sales are final once the order is delivered.

    Replacement Policy (Only in Valid Cases)

    Replacement will be provided only if:

    • The product received is damaged,

    • The product is defective, or

    • The wrong item has been delivered.

    Replacement Conditions:

    • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Unboxing video is mandatory and must be continuous (no cuts or edits).

    • Clear images or videos showing the issue must be shared.

    • Replacement is subject to stock availability.

    • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product may be offered.
